What you get

01

A credential employers know

A full accredited Clinical Research Coordinator certification that sponsors and CROs already recognise, with a verifiable badge for your LinkedIn profile.

02

Skills you use on day one

Protocol deviations, source documentation, monitoring visits, safety reporting and informed consent, taught the way the work actually happens on site.

03

Real help getting hired, from CV to signed offer

This is the part almost nobody else does. Everything below is included, and it starts the week you enroll rather than after you pass the exam.

  • Six private 1:1 calls with a senior clinical project manager who has hired coordinators and knows what gets someone shortlisted.
  • Your CV rebuilt by hand against live CRC postings, so your graduate training reads as trial-relevant experience rather than academic history.
  • LinkedIn and positioning review, including the verifiable credential badge and how recruiters searching for coordinators will find you.
  • A full mock interview with someone who has sat on the hiring side, covering the questions that catch out advanced-degree candidates.
  • Guaranteed job interviews with partner organisations once you are ready, arranged for you.
  • Salary negotiation coaching before you answer, plus a review of the offer itself.
Why this keeps happening

You are not short on qualifications. You are short on the right one.

  • Your degree answers a different question
A Master's or PhD proves you can design and run a study. It says nothing about whether you can work inside a regulated trial, and that is the only question a sponsor is asking.
  • Too senior for entry, too new for industry
Entry-level postings assume you will leave in six months. Industry postings want trial experience you were never given a route to get. Both doors close, for opposite reasons.
  • Already in the field and still stuck
You hold the degree, you do the work, and you are sitting under the title and salary it should support. Nobody ever showed you how to turn a PhD into a Lead CRC or Medical Monitor application.
  • You have already paid for one long programme
Years of graduate school, real money, real time. You are not doing that again on the chance it works out differently.

None of that is a knowledge problem. It is a positioning and access problem, and that is the part we fix.

How it works

Four steps, in order, ending with an interview.

All four are included. There is no upsell after you enroll.

  1. 01

    The full certification

{{ LESSONS }} lessons, live webinars, case studies and downloadable trial templates. This is the complete Clinical Research Coordinator curriculum, not a shortened version of it.

  2. 02

A mentor who has hired for this role

You are paired with a senior clinical professional who has sat on the hiring side of a CRC interview, plus a named contact whose job is making sure you keep moving. In most programmes support means a help-desk ticket. Here it is a person who knows where you are.

  3. 03

Your CV, rewritten for the job you want

We rebuild your CV against live CRC postings and work out how to present an advanced degree so it reads as an asset instead of a flight risk. Then you sit a full mock interview, so the first hard question you hear is not in front of a real employer.

  4. 04

    The interview, then the offer

Once you are ready we put you in front of an actual employer. A guaranteed interview with one of our partner organisations, usually within {{ INTERVIEW_WINDOW }} of finishing, and help negotiating the offer once it is on the table.

Where this ends

We guarantee you job interviews.

Finish the programme and we put you in front of employers who are actually hiring. Not a job board, not a list of leads. A scheduled job interview with an organisation that has agreed to see our graduates.

What we guarantee: the interviews. The hiring decision stays with the employer, and everything in steps 02 and 03 exists to make sure you walk into that room ready.

Graduates

People who were where you are now.

I had the science background. What I could not show anyone was that I could run a trial, and it turned out that was the only thing missing.
Olajumoke Owati
Master's in plant biology. Now a clinical recruitment coordinator.
Certified, hired and promoted inside the same year.
Hannah Fischer
Moved from grant management to leading trials at UCSF.
The certification is what took me from an unpaid internship to a regulatory role.
Scott Boyle
Regulatory Affairs, University of Pennsylvania.
My experience did not translate when I moved countries. This made it readable to US employers.
Aishwarya Sukumar
Now a Lead CRC and CRA in the United States.
My applications were failing on a mismatch I could not see. Fixing the CV changed the response rate straight away.
Mohanad Kour
Pharmacovigilance.
I changed field completely without going back for another degree.
Celina Moon
Physical therapist, now working in clinical research.

Before you enroll

Questions people ask here.

Do employers actually recognise this certification?
Graduates work inside more than 1,600 organisations, including AstraZeneca, Janssen, Thermo Fisher, Mayo Clinic, Memorial Sloan Kettering, Cedars-Sinai and NYU Langone, plus 308 universities and six government agencies. The programme is CPD accredited, aligned to ICH-GCP, and the GCP content is TransCelerate-recognised.
Do I need clinical trial experience to start?
No. Most people come in from lab science, academic research, pharmacy, medicine or healthcare delivery. Your degree is an advantage. What is missing is the trial-operations vocabulary and the credential that signals it.
How long does it take?
Most people finish in {{ TIMEFRAME }}, fully online and self-paced. Access is for life, so if work gets busy you can pause without losing anything.
What happens if I fail the exam?
Two attempts are included. Your mentor works through the weak areas with you before the second one.
What exactly does the job interview guarantee cover?
When you complete the programme we arrange a real interview with a partner organisation, usually within {{ INTERVIEW_WINDOW }}. The guarantee covers the interview itself, not the employer's hiring decision. Full terms are shown at enrollment.
Can I upgrade if I already bought a CCRPS course?
Yes. Contact the team and your previous purchase is credited against this one.

The degree was the hard part. This is the part that makes it count.

Accredited certification, a mentor who has hired for this role, and an interview at the end of it.
